Loved the beds in this hotel and ease of getting grub hub. Everyone at the front staff was so friendly and helpful. My only take that was negative is the noise in the hall. You hear every door open and close and people in the hallway almost sound like they're trying to get into your room and it woke us up several times. The rooms were sooo well stocked with kitchen items which was so wonderful and the bathroom was clean and the shower had great pressure and was hot. The bathroom door was a slider and didnt work properly and kept opening. Otherwise this was an excellent hotel that we ended up at unplanned and last minute on a road trip.

Booked same-day based on this property being marketed as recently renovated and was able to get the floor I wanted, Matt was very helpful. The elevator had cracked tiles and was dirty. My room, 408, had a door that stuck so was tough to open and a dripping shower head (put a cup under it to stop the noise.) Room also had a cracked counter (no idea how you crack a counter?) and a malfunctioning refrigerator door, seems like this room has seen better days, though it was clean. Maybe I got one of the few that wasn't renovated but I find the marketing on Hiltons end to be misleading and I would have stayed elsewhere. The bed was comfortable, room quiet enough and breakfast was great. If upkeep issues like this don't bug you and you just want a clean comfortable room, this property will do.

We had a very nice stay here. Matt Wookie checked us in and was very nice and accommodating. We didn't have a reservation and we were traveling with our two dogs. This is a very pet friendly hotel. They even have treats at the small shop in the lobby for purchase. The rooms were very comfortable and we're well stocked. Breakfast was good. They even provide a small selection of healthier options. The pool is great as is the hot tub. They also have a really nice patio with a firepit and grills. The pillows are so nice and I wish so much that I had one! The only complaint would be the bathroom door. It was hard to close and I nearly got stuck inside. Otherwise it was a great stay in a good location for shopping and dining. And it is quick access to I-40. We will be staying again!

Had an incredible stay! Comfortable beds, very clean, quiet, safe & the staff was very nice. Shawna was such a sweet heart & the breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend

The staff was friendly, rooms were clean with housekeeping doing a great job and cleaned every other day. The water pressure is not great at all though. It took forever to wash my hair. And the water was either very hot or almost cold. The breakfast wasn't bad and they had long hours. Gym is fine, laundry costs 75 cents to wash and 75 cents to a dollar to dry. Two working washers and dryers. Beds were fine, rooms were pretty spacious, AC was cold. The walls were super thin. There was a screaming match on my floor every night and you could hear people running in the hallways. And I knew when the person in the room above me woke up because they would stomp on the floor when they walked. And you can hear other people flush their toilets. They don't have digital keys, which was disappointing.

Great hotel in quiet location. Close to a variety of restaurants and the highway. As always the room was clean, and spacious. Mostly, we love the fitness center, which is always a must have when we book hotels. Staff was pleasant and we had a great night sleep.

Rooms and location were fine, but it was the staff on duty in the morning (Nov 23, 2025) that made this place. Personable and cheerful, they anticipated guest needs and provided excellent customer service. They are why I would recommend this hotel over others.

Wonderful stay! Clean and safe environment. The man working the front desk through out the night was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing! My only complaint would be that none of the external doors worked even with the room key. The pool was very nice, I was hoping for better pool towels but the hot tub made up for it.
